Safety boundaries
- Keep camera account credentials, recovery codes, access codes, lock codes, footage, incident details, tenant/customer records, and private screens out of forms or text.
- The owner or authorized person should handle camera app sign-ins, MFA, sharing, exports, and account recovery steps during service.
- Tech Genie does not help with hidden cameras, secret monitoring, unauthorized viewing, evidence handling, or surveillance that violates privacy or law.
- Drive replacement, footage export, recorder resets, wiring, mounting, ladders, after-hours work, and business-impact changes require clear approval and may need a separate quote.
